I am 24 years old and a mama to the sweetest little boy, Beckham.  My love for training and nutrition really developed when I was in therapy recovering from an Eating Disorder between 2013-2016.  Learning how to properly fuel my body, see my body correctly and overcome fears of food has given me the freedom and ability to share that knowledge and help other women achieve their physical AND mental goals.  I have a genuine love for training and nutrition, that has helped me not only overcome an eating disorder but also cope with my sweet son being in the NICU for up to four months, while dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety.  We are all on a journey to find self love and acceptance through a balanced, healthy lifestyle while maintaining a body we are proud of.  My mission, "To help and inspire women to love their bodies through mental and physical health."
