A holistic approach to nutrition, exercise, and supplementation can be the difference between spinning your wheels and achieving your goals, between trying your hardest or feeling like you’re coming up short. Sometimes, no matter how hard we work, we still don’t get the results we want. This might be a symptom of hormonal imbalance.
If you’re experiencing fatigue, lack of strength, poor digestion, irregular sleep, irritability and/or moodiness, or the inability to lose weight despite consistent efforts with your diet and exercise, you could be suffering from a hormonal imbalance. We can help with that!
Through the Moxie by Lindsey Functional Hormone Coaching Program, our coaches will take a deeper dive into the bodily systems and hormones that most affect our ability to lose or gain weight (and smash our fitness goals!). We’ll start with a look at your bloodwork, helping you to understand the areas that might need addressing. Next, we’ll come up with a plan to support the improved function of your hormones through nutrition, exercise, digestion support, stress management, and supplementation (as needed).
While our immediate goal will be to get your hormones re-balanced and functioning optimally, the long-term goal is to help you feel better, and eventually achieve the weight loss that feels so elusive right now.
