I was sitting on the rower machine, sobbing to my friend because I felt so overwhelmed with all the demands I felt like I had to meet throughout the day. It was so embarrassing.
I was so frustrated -- On top of my already hectic life, I was spending HOURS in the gym without effect!
I was seeing NOTHING from all of my hard work! It’s no wonder I broke down on the rowing machine that day.
As I was sitting there crying to my friend, I discovered deep down what my problem was.
I wasn’t consistent with my nutrition.
I had fitness goals, sure, but because I wasn’t aligning my nutrition to support my body, I was just sitting there spinning my wheels -- and nothing was changing.
It was on that very day that I decided to change my ways.
I left the gym, went home, and learned everything I possibly could about nutrition. I taught myself about macros, about meal plans, about meal timing -- everything I needed to use nutrition to see real results.
And when I finally got my practices in line -- when I aligned my fitness AND my nutrition, my workouts with my fitness goals -- my body changed. I saw INCREDIBLE results! It was crazy!!

It was nowhere near as hard as I thought it was going to be. In fact, it was actually kind of fun!

YOU bring the intensity to the workouts! All the workouts in 30-Day Lean 2.0 are adjustable to your skill and experience level. Make sure you’re lifting heavily enough so that the workout is challenging for you. If it’s not hard enough, lift heavier. If it’s too tough, drop the weight down and focus on form -- Good form is the key to good results!
Absolutely! All of the recipes in 30-Day Lean 2.0 include easy substitutions for dietary restrictions. Simply swap proteins and ingredients as you see fit -- just be sure to calculate out any changes to the recipes so you can make sure you’re sticking to your macros!
Yup! Just multiply all food weights by 1.3. This will increase your calories, carbs, protein, and fats in the right proportions for your body.
