I was thrilled to lose 30 pounds over the last couple of years. I went from 165 and met my goal weight of 135 thanks to Lindsey’s programs.
I have reached my goal weight so many times before but I ended up gaining all the weight back. I signed up for 1 on 1 Coaching and my coach held my hand throughout my journey.
She set goals for me one step at a time – very slowly. I had to remind myself to be honest on every check-in with my coach. I was strict with myself and hit my macros she set for me, and I was consistent with my workouts that she customized for me.
