I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed throughout the day, wondering what I’m going to make for my family when we have a million things going on AND I’m trying desperately to hit my macros for the day. TOO MUCH!!!
And then there are the times when I’m cooking for myself and I’m completely bored with the same old rice, chicken, and broccoli meal— and it makes me want to binge all the foods I know I shouldn’t eat!
I was sitting on a rower machine and I was crying to her in the middle of this crowded gym. It was so embarrassing.
But I was so frustrated because I was at the gym working out hard every single day .
And yet, I was seeing nothing from it. My body was not changing. And as I was sitting there crying to my friend, I knew deep down what my problem was.
I wasn’t consistent with my nutrition .
