There are a lot of recipes that include meat but there are many that are based around eggs, protein powder and dairy protein sources! Also, feel free to adjust the recipes with a vegetarian substitute as you see fit! Adapt the recipe to your own preferences!
No, we didn't add a substitute list right in the cookbook BUT there are several recipes in there that don't use any dairy or gluten!
